This is written in plain English on purpose. It says what I collect, why, and what I do with it. If anything here is unclear, email me and I'll answer directly — there's no privacy office, there's just me.
The visibility review form. If you request a free review, I ask for your business name, your city, your website if you have one, your email address, and anything you want me to look at. I use these for exactly one purpose: doing your review and sending it to you. If I don't hear back after sending it, I may follow up once. That's the whole lifecycle.
Booking a conversation. If you book time with me, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email, and the time you chose under its own privacy policy. I see what you enter when you book.
Email and phone. If you email or call me, I have whatever you sent me, and I use it to reply.
Website analytics. This site runs on Squarespace, which collects standard anonymous visit information — pages viewed, rough location, device type. I look at it in aggregate. It doesn't tell me who you are.
I don't sell your information. To anyone, for anything.
I don't share it, except with the services that make this site work (listed below), or if the law requires it.
I don't add you to a mailing list. There isn't one.
I don't run advertising trackers. No ad pixels, no remarketing.
Review requests are stored in a private database I control (hosted on Supabase). Scheduling data lives in Calendly. Email lives in my Google Workspace account. The website itself is hosted by Squarespace. Each of those providers has its own security practices and privacy policy.
Reply to any email I send you — or write to hello@alignmentseo.com — and ask me to delete your information. I'll delete your review request, my notes, and our correspondence, and confirm when it's done. No form, no waiting period, no questions.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it, and the current version always lives at this address.
