These cover using this website and the free visibility review. Paid work is governed by a written scope we both agree to before anything starts — that document, not this page, is the agreement for any engagement.
The content on this site is general information about how I work, not advice tailored to your business. What's true for one business isn't automatically true for yours — that's what the review is for.
The review is free, and it's exactly what it says on the page: my honest read of your public presence, in writing. It doesn't create an engagement, it doesn't obligate you to anything, and it doesn't obligate me to take you on as a client. What you do with it is up to you.
The review reflects what your public listings and website showed at the time I looked. Those surfaces change — Google most of all — so a review is a snapshot, not a permanent record.
Every engagement starts with a written scope: what I'll do, what I won't, the timeline, what you receive, and the fixed price. Neither of us relies on anything outside that document. Two things are true in every scope I write:
You own everything. Accounts are created in your name, and the site, domain, listing and data are yours — including if we stop working together.
No guaranteed rankings. I don't promise positions on Google, because nobody honestly can. I commit to the work, and to showing you plainly what changed.
This site and the free review are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for decisions made or losses arising from either. For paid work, responsibility and its limits are set out in the written scope.
