Then I try to do the thing your customer is trying to do — book a table, make an appointment, find your hours, call you — and I note down every place it's harder than it should be.
A short note. Plain English. What I found, what's costing you customers, and what I'd fix first. Usually within a couple of days.
No automated report. No fifteen-page PDF. Just what I saw and what I'd do about it.
